How and when will I get paid?
We will remit payment to you, less any commission and fees due, after we have received and processed the buyer's payments. Generally, payments via certified check are issued within 7 – 10 days after the auction is completed.
What happens if the winning bidder doesn't pay?
We sell over 99.9% of the items we accept, so it's rarely an issue. We place a great deal of emphasis on getting the right items, so the selling takes care of itself. We only accept returns if an item was listed incorrectly.
